Our restaurants has have some pretty bad turn over within the kitchen, which has made copious guest's walkout on their checks. My boss is charging us servers for walkouts. My station can not be view from inside the kitchen and it only take a moment for people to withdraw. This is costing me hundreds of dollars. I keep seeing on the trellis that it's illegal. I hold reading how I can't be held for third party travels, but no where do I see the the actual regulation in print. Jeez, they money you like $4/hour and afterwards charge you-- what a prick. They should be charging the cooks if anything because they are making the crappy food or having tickets shift long. Unless you are getting profit sharing on the food you sell, they own no legal ground whatsover to charge you.

I would check next to the ESC in your nouns and turn in the hours that you are not getting rewarded for. I am sure that they will explain your rights as an employee.
It is intensely much against the law to work hours and not draw from paid for them. If they are taking it out of your tips, I would still turn to the ESC and explain what is going on.
It is not your responsibility to offset the walk-outs near your income.
