I won two auctions in Ebay offered by same salesperson, later I changed my mind and offered the peddler that I will pay for the auction allowance and he can put those items back for the auction but the vendor refused and get the Ebay Dispute Department involved. I know it is my mistake but now I really don’t want to spend 400$ on something that I can find cheaper locally (I found out just after successful the auctions).I have polite ratings in Ebay and enjoy been using it from closing 3 or 4 years now but never once I have encountered such problem so I am slightly nervous going on for this situation.
Please let me know what humane of action the Ebay Dispute department can purloin against me?
Can then forcefully draw the money from my Paypal portrayal and give it to the retailer?
Can they block my Ebay account?
Answers: You may not want to hear this, but you are below a contractual obligation to wage. You see, buyers automatically enter into a LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT to purchase an item from the seller if they win an auction or use the Buy It Now facet.
If the seller desires you to complete the transaction, eBay will send an Unpaid Item reminder to a buyer on the seller behalf, encouraging the buyer to complete the transaction. If the buyer still does not pay, the salesperson can file for a Final Value Fee credit. Relax, it is not like the Fed who will nick action. All that will appear is two unpaid item strikes and negative feedback. No, you do not hold to pay. Now, the unpaid item strikes against your commentary are a red flag for sellers. This manner that they may not allow you to bid on their auctions. This is a worst case scenerio. I, myself, as a trader do not allow anyone with over two unpaid item strikes to bid on my auctions. A lot of seller will sell to you anyway. Regardless. It is single if you make it a need of doing this that it will become an issue.
Now, the dispute is just for the vendor to obtain credit for the fees they salaried to sell it. They will NOT pocket your money and give it to the peddler. The only time they do this is if the trader, for instance, didn't send an item and you remunerated. If they find in the buyer's favor, next they take the money.
Anyone can block your ebay commentary. For instance, you block certain culture from your email, right? Same goes for ebay. That is individual seller's though. Ebay will not stop you from adjectives bidding just all the same. First you will get a restraining, then suspension next they will finally close your account. This is how it works.

You can't be forced to compensate the seller. I deliberate you negotiated within good belief, offering to pay the fees, but the trader doesn't have to adopt that. If they file a Non-Paying Bidder Dispute, you will capture a strike on your account. After 3 strikes they will suspend your statement. Don't worry if this is the first one you return with, Just don't bid again unless you intend to pay. Don't transfer your mind after the auction closes, you will get more strikes and possibly lose your eBay depiction.
