My husband owed a collection agency about $150 for a olden due medical bill. He called the company and remunerated them over the phone with our guard debit card, and the money promptly came out of our justification. A couple of days later, the company sent us a credit card authorization form, wanting him to sign it and return it. The article is, they already took the money out of our account. My husband think this is very suspicious and won't sign it. They are refuse a receipt until he signs. Can this company reasonably take money out of our picture without have us sign and return this paper first?
