What is the hourly wage for Data Entry job?
I'm starting a data entry position this week and the wage is redeemable. I'm only working 4 hours a week. I don't know what a event wage is for this. I'm in the state of Montana. it depends on how big the company is too. roomy company, i would say $2-3 above min wage.

How much does it cost (roughly) to advertise in a local newspaper?
Answers: depends on the ad, length, type of ad, circulation of newspaper but i recently ran one in a small metro area it cost 38.00 and was supposed to run for 7 days. i gave away the kittens in two days so i cancelled the ad. another time i ran a job ad ( looking) and got no calls. that ad cost me about 32.00
If I sign on a alliance but they aren't organized at my workplace nonetheless...?

The organizers will want some of the personnel to be involved. There would be a period of time when the organizer and your people are educating the member about the advantages of unionization and gauge the interest of the employees surrounded by organizing. If the organizer feel in that is sufficient interest there will be a ratification see. Once that passes after there would be the process of contract negotiation. Sometimes this go very like lightning but the current political situation is not pro union and so the company can deferral contract negotiations to a secure point. That is one of the reasons we adjectives need to support "right to choose". "Right to choose" donate employees more and better rights when it comes to elect to unionize.
