Answers: We can't see your adjectives formula as Yahoo truncates (shortens) any run on (no spaces) sentences.
My suggestion would be to put a couple spaces and repost so I can look at it.
AND always convert percentage to decimals, it makes it easier to digit. Also, when you enclose a number contained by quotation marks, Excel think it is text and will not get something done any mathematical functions on it. Try removing the quotation grades.
=IF(S7<0.75,0,IF(s7=.75... this is as much as I can see.
I think conceivably it should be something like this
if(S7<.75, "0%", if(S7=.75, enter doesn`t matter what you want it to display if S7=.75, enter whatever you want it to display if S7>.75))
for example:
=IF(S7<.75, "0%", if(S7=.75, "75%", "100%"))
i feel you can keep the quotation grades, it should still work.
now that I see more of your formulaa:
=IF(S7<0.75,"0%",
IF(OR(S7=0.75, S7<0.799),"75%","100%"))
but adjectives on one line
(if you want it to display "75%" if .75<=S7<.799, and "100%" if it's not)
you can replace the "100%" contained by the formula above with another IF/OR function if you want to do another band.

I've just have someone at my door trying to sell me satelite tv roll.Although I made it clear that I was not interested, he be very inexorable, he even had the cheek to put his foot inside the door, tried to enter the house and produced a pen and a form for me to sign. It wasn't until I started to gain angry and raise my voice that he made a speedy exit.

Answers: Well, first you logically don't answer the door for him anymore. And second if your phone/broadband is changed call the police and permit them know what has happen and second call the company that you did not directive from and let them own a piece of your mind lol
Simple..I don't answer the door and I have a no soliciation sign on my front door. If I do answer it and it turns out to be a salesman..I simple slam the door contained by their face. If they can't read the sign, its their own mistake!!

Answers: Out of the three, ask yourself what you see doing for the rest of your life. Will you soak up it? And never think that it's in reality "work"?
Once you have chosen, do it. And do it very soon because time is of essence. Plus, you'll save a hell of a great deal of time and money if you really know what you want to do now and start working on it in a minute.
You mentioned designing twice, so I think that's what you really want to do. Go for it! Good luck!
