Answers: Flextime is the worst thing to happen in the work place. Women wanted this so they could work and still take care of their families. What it does is 1) Eliminate standard work schedule. 2) Eliminate Overtime Pay. 3) Allows the Employer to play one employee against the other, giving certain work to one employee and other work to the other employee. Like a big job goes to the 8 hour guy, and the flex person gets the little job. But, both get the same pay. Not fair for the workplace. That's why Unions established the standard work week of 40 hours, 8 hours per day with a lunch break, etc. Employers do this to keep the full control over their employees and their lives. With flex time everyone is off balance except the Employer. The Employer is the only one who benefits from Flextime schedules. Most Flextime Employers use it as an excuse not to give Health Benefits, Overtime, Seniority, and Accrued Time (Vacations, Sick, etc)
Some employers us it as an excuse not to give bonuses and raises. Some only contribute to the 401-K Plan if you are a full-time worker, not a Flex-Time worker. Employers use it as an excuse not to hire full time workers, filling in with part-time flextime workers. Be careful. Ask questions. Try to avoid a work place that allows flextime if you can, that way you will know your hours of work, your schedule will match everyone else, even distribution of the workload, and you will be paid Overtime and Benefits. Is nearby any route to obtain a settlement for a USPS shipping sticky label printed through Paypal?
I was trying to pring a prepaid shipping sticky label through Paypal, and apparently, I screwed up. I live in South Florida, and I be mailing a markedly light collection (less than 1LB. to Springfield, Mass. Now I'm out $8.95, when it should have cost me roughly speaking $5.00 (I think). What can I do?Answers: If it weighed smaller quantity than 13 oz, it would qualify for 1st class and only cost roughly 1.99..
You can void the sign if it's been smaller quantity than 24 hours since you printed it. Go to the details screen on your Paypal transactions page. (It will be the one where on earth you "paid" the Postal Service). Go to the bottom of the page. In tiny letters it will read aloud "void label". When you blankness a label, it must be approved by the Post Office and will not instantly be returned to your Paypal reason. I've had them hold up to 2 weeks for the refund..consequently all you hold to do is reprint the label beside the correct information. Good Luck.
