in the subsequent 20 years millions of baby boomers will be at or nearing retirement. Services that support them will be contained by high emergency. With all the child boomers close becoming empty nesters near their children off to college or embark on their own careers, they will be getting pets that will incorporate to the booming pet support business.
That's where I'd focus.

Offer a better product or service than their competitor. Another thing they can do is offer a less expensive product or service than their competition.
