How do i properly get rid of a toner cartridge?
Answers: Steps
1
Step One
Ask your local office-supply stores if they recycle ink cartridges. If they do, they may offer you a discount on a new ink cartridge just for bringing in an old one that they can recycle.
2
Step Two
Look in your phone book or online to see if there is a store that refills ink cartridges in your area. You can purchase a refilled cartridge for a fraction of the cost of a new one.
3
Step Three
Ask your local school, church or other charitable organization if they recycle used inkjet cartridges. They then can return the old ink cartridges to the manufacturer for money or credit on office supplies for their organization.
4
Step Four
Dispose of it properly. If no recycling or refilling options are available in your area, then dispose of the used cartridge in the garbage, placing it first in the overwrap and box from the new ink cartridge you just installed.
see if your local office supply store takes them to recycle.
What do you think are the best ways an organization can manage workplace stress?
Answers: have some one to come in as independent, and offer chair massages.
Use good sense. Be clearer in communications and expectations. I get stressed when someone asks me a seemingly simple question but then it's not so simple. It's like pulling teeth to get more information so I can give them the right or best answer. How about managers remembering what they ask you to do or what they say within reason? Sometimes it's like you are wrong no matter what you do. Sometimes instructions are too vague or incomplete.
I'm a big fan of open communication and being direct.
Tell me why you are asking the question and then I can give you the information you need and feel good about it.
edit: When I ask someone a question, I give them enough information so they can answer the question or tell them they don't know. I'll ask the question. I'll say, the reason I'm asking is this... I know it helps.
Example today: Is this address the shipping address? No. This address is. Ok. Fine. Next question: What day is the set up? I say, do you mean the install day or the date of the shipment arrival because they are not the same? He could not answer me or tell me what he was looking for. He's not new. He does this kind of paperwork all of the time. I wasn't trying to be difficult. I wanted to make sure that the paperwork had accurate information. He never answered. I just made him a copy of all that information. I just realize now that he doesn't have the proper install date because it was just decided yesterday in a meeting. Oy! This kind of b.s nonsense stresses me out. It shouldn't be that difficult.
