Do some searches to see if someone have already got one similar to the one you are looking at. Be creative next to your searches. Second, in that are forms on the website that you will need to overrun out. The filing cost is around $250 and it take about 18 months to grasp an approval. It is helpful to find a trademark attorney to aid smooth things out. I applied for 8 trademarks, got 5 of them, but it be a lot of work. My attorney help me out a lot near the responses that the government required. Be prepared for a long road.
