Can I demand a fine-tuning of ADDRESS FORM ONLINE?
I know that you can change your address online,BUT can you ORDER a CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM and hold it mailed to you contained by the mail?

Answers: Change of Address Form is not one of the forms that you can order for free from the USPS Postal Store. They individual offer forms such as Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation and sundry customs form.
You will have to pick up the forms yourself from the post bureau. Or if you are chummy with your postman, you can request him/her to bring you some forms

If you are overseas, afterwards maybe you can write the post bureau and request that it be changed to you. Or do you have any friends or relatives who can in actual fact go to the post bureau and send it to you?
I dont feel this is possible. Just go to the post organization and pick it up. Why do you want to order the form? If its for the coupons they will transport them to you once your mail is forwarded.
