If it's a personal e-mail to you write something close to, "I'm always relaxed to help. You can count on me finishing this project as strong as I started it. Let me know if in attendance is anything further I can help beside. etc"
But if it is a group e-mail sent to multiple people within addition to yourself - DO NOT dispatch a reply. That will just annoy your boss.

Answers: Goldilocks derives from a children's story about a little girl whose name is Goldilocks and she visits the home of three bears who are away. The porridge, bed and other things of papa bear are too hot or too wide, those of mama bear are too cold or too narrow, etc. But those of baby bear are just right. So when someone refers to Goldilocks, they mean that everything is just right. The interest rate is just right, the amount of debt, the money market, the demand for oil, etc. are all just right. In other words conditions that are just right in every respect are referred to as Goldilocks.
