On the back is her address, which is not where on earth I am mailing it from. My mailman is refuse to mail these stamped postcards, is he allowed to do this?Who can I speak to to make sure they obtain mailed if he's refuse?

Answers: There is a minimum size and thickness for a piece to be mailable. It is possible the index card does not congregate these dimensions and is therefore non mailable. The minimum size is 3 1/2" x 5" and .007 inches gummy. Now he would not have a tool on him to test the thickness but he would probably know how to tell if it is too small. But minus seeing it I would guess that it probably is too thin anyway, most index cards are too skeletal. The maximum size to qualify for a postcard rate is 4 1/4" x 6". If you have mail them before, it could be that someone have told him not to accept them anymore because they don't bump into the size standards. My guess is that they don't meet the size standards but if to be precise why he is refusing them he should hold told you that. If you don't get a adequate answer by e-mail then name 1-8OO-275-8777 on Monday morning and ask to speak to the Consumer Affairs office that serves your city. The hand at the 1-800 # will be able to connect you to them. I hope you bring this resolved.

I would call the local post organization and ask. Until them, drop them in a road-side mailbox- they can't do anything consequently!
I know that the USPS offers that service and that they can veto you but it has to be for motive. I can't imagine a postcard a time being too much work or too unhealthy or bulky or something that is justifiable(like a vicious dog loose surrounded by you yard). Why won't he pick up your card? If you want to push the issue go over his team leader to the local postmaster(the person within charge of the local post office) and ask them. Raise hell unless they have a drastically good apology to deny you the service.
