Answers: They have to give their entire lives to the company, so the several million is compensation for that. Only the cream of the crop rise to those levels and its society's way of rewarding that.
It's justified IF they are also paying their employees fairly. The CEO's are dedicated and sacrifice a lot, yes, but without their employees, they could not make it to that level.
More and more CEO's are paying their employees 'slave wages'. The average salary is NOT keeping up with inflation, not even close. That's a big reason for the predicament the economy is in now. Pay attention to current economic reports. The evidence is all there.

I am a self-published author with authorhouse.com. I own 5 websites with a.d.s.e.n.s.e ad on them. I am looking into rental property in New Mexico and Utah. I own searched over and over on the internet for ways to may residual/royalty income. (Mostly I enjoy found scams, pyramid scheme, etc.) Is there anything I have'nt thought of?
