Answers: The big query with nippy expansion is does the company have the bread to expand quickly. Can they afford the inventory, the buildings, the staff. If not they can shift broke quickly as they increase their commitments.
LTD companies may choose to become PLCs if they inevitability the capital for their business. Many don't, especially smaller companies.

As the title say the managing director is the director who is responsible for the entire management of the corporation. In a roomy organization adjectives other directors (managers) will report to him/her. These are marketing, financial, human resources and operations directors.
The MD is resembling the captain of the ship. The "buck stops" near him and he reports to the shareholders and is usually a shareholder himself like Bill Gates.
