Post department pickup memo?
I have a pink slip aphorism to pick up mail. However, the pink slip is for my friend who gone the country just closing week. Can he do an authorized agent to pick up on the slip,and if so do I need to own his id to pick up correspondence or can I just pick it up near the pink slip?
If not, the letter is also address to the business. Since I have proof that I am owner of the business, can i go and get the letter. tahnks
Answers: If it have the name of the business after you as an agent of that business can pick it up. If it is your friends name consequently he will have to sign it naming you as his representative. You will not necessitate his ID. This happens beside attorneys all the time. They will capture mail address to them, sign the form and have their secretary pick it up. Just depends on how it is address. Since the letter is also address to the business, proof that you are the owner should be sufficient, I would focus. To be honest with you this is not my department, I own some knowledge of this nouns but not total knowledge so I am speculating somewhat. I would read aloud bring what proof you can that you own the business and show up to pick it up and see what happens. If you call for something other than what you own provided they will tell you.
