Should I quit Publix for Target, or should I try to work things out (and if so, how)?
I am currently employed at publix doing front service, and have have some major hour cuts (12 hours to 9.5 hours to 2.5 hours(!) to 7.5 hours).I do not work out why I got these cuts, but I be told to submit a new avalibility loose change sheet for my birthday, which I did.
My birthday comes tomorrow along with the hot schedules, but what should I do if I am still stuck beside under 10 hours? I constantly enjoy people compliment me to my manager, refuse ALL tips, never be written up, never slacked off, and I other greet EVERYONE with a smile, even if it hasn't be the best of days.
What should I do?
I like the familiaraty of my mission, and I never complain about working (I in fact greet it with enthuasium!), and I know almost everyone up front, and grasp along with adjectives of the stock people. I also know a few society at the Supertarget with instantaneous openings.
This is my first assignment, which makes this full process very intricate for me.

Answers: Well, I'd linger like 2 settle up periods for my hours to tweaking. Sometimes it takes the wheel of industry a time to turn. If you are still not getting the hours you are availabe to work and you have spoken to them next it's time to look for another job.
Since this is your first charge and you like it I figure out your feeling loyality to the company...but donate it a chance to work out and other keep your eyes and ears unfurl to a job beside better pay and better/more hours.
Ah, i.e. the great dilemma of free markets! You are an hand at will - your employer can let you turn for no reason surrounded by our economy. But you are also free to investigate other job too. What harm can it do to inquire at Target roughly a job space? Their benefits might be better; they may have more hours available for you. Target is a well-respected company within Minnesota, so it may be worth an investigation.

Am i in somebody`s debt to pay envelope this bill?
Hi, i live in Brisbane and go to the doctors' recently. At the desk i be told just to sign a bulk bill form and the doctor would bulk bill me. However i've received two notice from the surgery saying i owe them $53.10 for the doctor on that date. I ring the accounts dept and they said unfortunately that doctor is not a bulk billing doctor and the receptionist made a mistake. Am i indebted to pay this bill? (i know i seize 2/3 of it back from medicare, but i'd still be out of pocket $20 or so).Thanks:)
Answers: economically if you used the doctor's services and they don't participate surrounded by whatever type of billing bulk is, consequently yes you are obligated to pay the payment -
Hours and timcards?
Can anyone tell me how to join my time-card up? It's broken down into four times. When I first get to work, when I clock out for lunch, when I clock backbone in for lunch, and when I hand down work. I have a strange feeling that my boss is shorting me hours, and I would close to to know for sure or not.Answers: Are you serious? Do you know how to add or bring up to date time? What you do is take the number of hours that you be at work and subtract lunch, then tag on that up with the number of days you worked within a pay spell. If you are not being salaried for all hours worked contact you states labor department and start looking for another mission. But since you are asking this question, you are lucky to even be employed.
Subtract your start time from your lunch start. That will endow with you the time you worked the fisrt half of the time. Then subtract the end of lunch from the finale of day. That will pass you the second half.
For example...
8:00 Start
12:00 Start Lunch
13:00 End Lunch
16:30 Left for morning
12:00 - 8:00 = 4 hours
16:30 - 13:00 = 3.5 hoursw
total 7 1/2 hours
