Hello,

I have be offered a Temp position at a Top Tier Bank. I dont know whether I should accept it or not. Would a temp. position look unpromising on my resume in the adjectives? Also please note this is not a receptionist or administrative position. It is a analyst position. Does anyone own any insight they can offer.

Answers: I hire allot of associates who have worked temp positions throughout their occupation. This can be very advisable experience and can actually look flawless on a resume. If you think you would close to the job after I say you should bring it.

Describe what you think and feel about the phrase customer service?




Answers: I think customer service is just doing that job that you are being paid for. In any company the job is to help the customer or provide someone w/ something that they want or can benefit from. I think customer service doesn't exist anymore w/ this generation. The job is to just ring up ppl or to punch in, fiddle around for 8 hrs and punch out, anything in between is just a hassel to workers. I know not everyone is like this. But how many times have you needed help finding something and there's 3 CSRs ignoring you, sighing when they do 'help' you, talking away on a cell phone or to each other. You're willing to pay whatever is needed to get what you need but you're ignored! I don't remember having this problem so often even 5 years ago and that's what makes it so bad. When you get the basic customer service it seems like a blessing not something that you're automatically suppose to be getting when you step into a store.
It no longer exists in retail! It has taken a major spiral downwards & getting worse.

I feel that any business should teach how to provide excellent customer service to their employees in any environment that you have customers or clients. If you feel that it is beneath you to provide excellent service then you are in the wrong business.
