Answers: There are defined correction rules when using a no carbon required ( NCR ) form.
One rule is to cross out ( "X" ) the wrong answer then write the new answer near the old answer.
There are other ways - suggest you talk to the person that gave you the NCR form.

Either use white out, but this will show your errors or you can start all over with new sheets.

I assume you are refering to a multipart ncr (no carbon required) form.
The best practice is to cancel the document and start again with a new document.
Trying to make corrections will make the copies unreadable.
Some styles of form are machine read, but it is difficult for humans to read some people's handwriting, so reading by machine would be even more difficult for hand written script.
