Who designed the art on the dollar bill?

The US dollar bill has numerous pieces of 'art' on it, from the Great Seal of the US, to George Washington and other parts. The Great Seal has no definitive attribution, but some drafts have been attributed to William Barton and Charles Thomson for the front and back (respectively). The George Washington portrait was originally painted by Gilbert Stuart. However, it is the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (which is part of the Treasury Department) that manages the final design and printing of the dollar.
Is an ACCA qualification equivalent to an Accounting Degree?
Answers: I know that a lot of people continue their studies after an accounting degree opting for ACCA (practice/industry)and CIMA (Management Accounts) because industry prefer them. You are exempt from some of the stages because an accounting degree held.
In my experience 4 years on ACCA is better than 3 years at uni and then another 3 years ACCA.
