I work in an bureau with 4 women. I hold a great working relationship with my boss. My boss and another woman LL enjoy been in attendance for 20 years. LL can be rude, loud, controlling, interrupts, withholds information. I own been subjected to 2 so call meetings with the sole purpose to be bushwhacked by LL, while my boss, and other co-worker were stunned, besides me mortal off guard. My boss is particularly passive, and does not approaching conflict. For the most part our organization runs fairly smooth. My boss required to call another staff union the other day because LL have some things bothering her, and my boss is tired of listening to her. I told my boss, that if LL have a problem with me or others she requirements to direct her concern to us privately, that I will never again listen to her rake someone over the coals at a staff meeting. Besides the certainty LL is not my boss! My boss has no problem near my work. Told boss I will not be subjected to that ever again.
