of 80 or so yrs, how much money would one need to spend a morning to use up one BILLION dollars ? I think the People`s Almanac said, if you spent $1000 a daytime beginning near the year of the birth of Christ, you still would not have spent it adjectives today. Since we have lots billionaires (Bill Gates, etc.) and billions are used in today`s budget dialogue and spending, a mere million sounds like pocket money. Would love to know another example of only how much a billion is.Answers: You would have to spend nearly $35,000 a year to eat up a billion dollars surrounded by a life time.
