So if I want to letters him cards, long letters(more than two pages) photographs, or use envelopes, I have to use regular communication. But the philippines mail system is unreliable, they will steal the contents of your junk mail if you aren't careful.So, I want to e-mail it to him, I have my address and everything. Can the post bureau help, or should I move about the Fed-Ex or UPS route? Any suggestions?

When sending international mail the USPS requires that the country entitle be in adjectives CAPS. You must have a return label and address. One of the guys in my organization, his wife is from the Philippines so I asked him if he had any suggestions. He said freshly make sure that it is tape well because resembling you said they will steal the contents. He said that they sent some stuff using the Priority Mail International flat rate box and it was not open. They also have a Priority Mail International flat rate envelope that have a max weight of 4 lbs., the postage is $11.00. I don't know anything roughly Fed Ex or UPS as far as international stuff goes, whether it is any safer once it get there or not.
