What are the different banksin india that provide online banking?
Answers: ..in words, all the so called new generation banks, scheduled banks and nationalised banks provide the facility. But the problem is their 'servers' are not fully equipped to handle a huge number of accounts. So, as far as possible, they filter at the branch level itself depending upon the party's financial capacity;on one ground or the other they keep on dragging or express their inability after issuing debit card. Banks like ICICI,HDFC,Centurion,Axis and some more are not so.
This is my PERSONAL experience.
MOst of the Bank in partucular New Generation Bank are more aggresive, Ll Nationalised Bank do .
For ex: HDFC, ICICI, HSBC, CENTURION, AXIS, BANK OF INDIA, CANARA BANK, STATE BANK OF INDIA, STANDARD CHARTERED BANK, and many more.

on Yahoo's Home page at the top is a scour box...click on local and put in the first name of her town and state if you know it and the name of the business contained by the first box...this should give you something .hope this help :o)
