What's the best way to recruit interns?
Answers: Build relationships with local universities. It is especially helpful to students if they can get university credit for their internship. Usually the schools have an office where they help students find jobs. Contact them, and let them know your requirements. One good thing about using the university is they can also pre-screen your applicants. It narrows down the search time and will cut your costs some.
