General Business Questions and Answers

What are the disadvantages of motivating workers?

Answers: Well sometimes people don't want to change. They like doing things the way they have always done them and they fear change. They don't want to be challenged in anyway. Instead of being motivated, they will try to sabotage any efforts that are made.
None that I can really think of. If you have workers who don't want to be motivated I hope you enjoy their farewell party.

Motivated workers in your business (if thats what it is) are you main key to success.
