H R block switched simple pay from hsbc to hrblock bank, is that why there is problems getting the money?
Answers: Just another corporation sticking it to the people who can least afford it. They cannot make thousands off refund anticipation loans now so they hold everyone's refund who uses simple pay. Nowhere does it say that there will be any delay or anything will be different this year. In fact they purposely decieve people.

I have always used turbo tax and it never has failed me. This year for some dumb reason I used hrb and because they switched to simple pay, I guess there is a 3 day delay. Now starting today. I just got off the phone with hrb and they told be it will be deposited between today and Wednesday. They said they have make sure the refunds are correct to protect us. Yea right! Can you imagine the interest they are getting per day off of our refunds.
