Planning to stop check that be sent for creditcard bill?

i'll send another check though previously it's due with the "right" amount

what happen when they (credit company) try to cash it? (the canceled check)

Answers: Don't permit them, they will not like it, give the name them and tell them to pleae cancelled the check you sent them, if they try to cash it and it comes put money on they will charge the amount to your bill probably, and then not allow you to reward by check anymore. I would definitely re ponder that move.
you will probably get a returned check duty added to your card statement.

i probably wouldn't cancel it.
most bank charge $35 to cancel a check. if you overpaid, its not that big a business, you can use the credit card for purchases and get the money fund. I would call the credit card company if you must dissolve the check and tell them.

Ebay - Are you allowed to overthrow you're win?

I lost a calculator at home so I turned to ebay.co.uk for a new one, I won the item, but a few minutes I found my artistic one. I contacted the seller to ask if they could retract my bid.

They said they would hold out it to the next great bidder? How does this work and what do I have to do?

Thank you.

Answers: Ignore adjectives the rude responses. I'll tell you how it works.

First of adjectives, did the seller say-so that you did not have to retribution for the item? Or did he just utter he would offer it to the subsequent highest bidder? If he say he's letting you out of the deal, than you don't hold to pay. If he didn't in actual fact say that afterwards he may be waiting to see if the 2nd person requirements it first.

If he didn't say you be off the hook, and he comes wager on and says you must take-home pay ... see if he'll let you reimburse him for his fees. His culmination fees will be reimbursed when the two of you cancel the transaction, but the list fees won't, so those are the ones you want to offer to settle. If he's not an experienced seller he may not know some of this, so you may enjoy to explain.

If he did let you past its sell-by date the hook he is not allowed to come put money on and make you wages. Not for the fees or the item. If he files a dispute with you and tries to read aloud you did not honor your bid, you need to present that email to eBay showing that he told you that you didn't hold to buy. He's not allowed to jump back on his word if it's surrounded by writing.

Your eBay page will still say that you necessitate to make pay-out even if he's let you sour the hook. It takes some time to withdraw the transaction. Just keep an eye on your email. When your peddler files to cancel eBay will dispatch you an email to confirm. If you don't confirm that email and say you agree, than you will recieve a strike against your report, just as if you have stiffed your seller. So maintain an eye out.

And you will still be able to be off each other feedback. Make sure you loaf until the whole process is over. Then praise him for person nice to you. A seller who will agree to you off the hook approaching that deserves some nice words.
Sellers can make a "second casual offer" to the other bidders who did not win an item if something happens to the beater, or if the seller have more than one of something. You are very lucky they offered to do this, as you are responsible for paying if you win. If they do this for you, they will most plausible contact you and let you know if you own been released from responsibility.

Sellers own to pay fees even if the buyer doesnt rate for the item. We have to rate to insert the listing, and we hold to pay a percentage of the completed auction/sale. It really stinks when I own to pay $2-3 dollars because someone changed their mind...
If you won, you're responsible for paying unless the merchant tells you they are releasing you from the responsibility. It sounds as if the wholesaler is offering a "second chance offer" for the subsequent bidder (at whatever the upmost price they bid) but if they don't want it, you may still be expected to go through next to it. You might want your seller to clarify if you hold to pay if the subsequent highest bidder doesn't want it.

The system will verbs to say that you own one item to pay for and one feedback to detail, because it is not directly coupled to the process of second chance offer and such. Actually, even if you agree to not complete the transaction, it will still say you haven't rewarded for it, because it's just tape it as an auction you won that the system recognizes that you didn't income for. The feedback can still be left because you did own a transaction with the street trader, you just didn't complete it.

However, if the retailer doesn't let you bad, you still have to buy the calculator. It is considered a contract between the buyer and purveyor, and it costs the seller money if you shirk your wind up.
