Info anyone?
has anyone used ditech or lend tree to finance? You know those commercials that articulate that you only hold to pay$395.00 to refi. My father did and it was exactly close to they say. i haven't hear of anyone else thoughAnswers: Used them as it was exactly as advertise.
Realize that there are still fees to be rewarded, and they will get their money by charging a better interest rate, so your payment will be highly developed. Other lenders or mortgage brokers can frequently do the same piece, by rolling your costs into the loan; it looks worse to see that figure out at hand, but your payments and interest could well be smaller amount.
Either way, in that ain't no free lunch. Pay me now or salary me later. Later usually costs more within the long run, but perhaps if you're currency poor, it's a good choice.
If someone has 99.5% positive feedback on eBay is that a good person to buy from?
Answers: I would say so yes but it also depends on how long they have been selling in EBay, Check and see how long they have been a member and then make your decision based on that.
Over how many sales? If it is 200 sales (the minimum to get that rating), it would mean that there was 1 sale that the other end was not happy with. That is pretty good. That means that 199 people were happy dealing with this guy.
However, check to see where the feedback came from. Is it coming from sales or from buys? If a person has 199 good feedback for stuff he bought and 1 negative feedback for the one thing he sold then there might be a problem. If the seller has lots of feedback for selling and it is 99.5% good then it sounds fairly safe.
The more sales that seller has under their belt the better that percentage looks.
Things happen and sometimes people are dissatisfied.
When looking at a seller, I look at his percentages and also look to find out what happened with the disputes. So far I have had good luck but, be careful. Make sure you understand all the sellers payment stuff AND shipping structure.
I have seen people buy something for a dollar and then get 10 dollars in shipping costs.
How does EBAY & PAYPAL work ? HELP please ?
My boyfriend & I are going to start selling things on EBAY and maybe start purchasing too.We lately need to know how it works? Do we receive the reward first then ship out the item?
Thanks.
Answers: yes, you should never post out an item till you recieve payment. adjectives you have to do is register beside ebay then register next to paypal, it is very confident to do and it will explain everything you need to do. I enjoy been selling and buying on ebay for a long time, and heres a few tips. stockpile all reusable shipping boxes, buy any point you need on ebay such as boxes or supplies, you find you can catch a better deal on bulk supplies next you would get from your local supply store.
I too hold just started on ebay. Its best to sign up near ebay and paypal first, both are free to sign up,then buying and selling are alot easier.(especially if you add on a credit card or bank statement to paypal).yes,I dont ship until i receive payment, and net sure you let your buyers know this.(usually ships within2-3 days of acceptance cleared payment.Good luck on your project.
