Question for those contained by sale?
I was wondering if any one on here does telemarketing for their company and how do you manipulate the do not call registry. Reason why I ask is I plan on subscribing to salesgenie.com for sale leads and I plan on cold calling associates so I can increase my business. I was wondering how does the do not send for registry affect me and how can I make this work.Please furnish me some advice.

Answers: Sales Genie filter people on the do not ring up list. I hold used it for a long time and had no problem.
The Do Not Call Registry DOES affect you unless you are a wall, credit union, phone service carter, or non-profit organization, Both companies and individuals. You can be punished if you give the name those who have signed up on the DNCList and are considered a "seller" or "telemarketer" (which is defined by the FCC as anyone that call to try to sell stock or services, or someone that "provides substantial assistance or support" to telemarketers or sellers)
Salesgenie accounts for this and supposedly abides by the schedule.
