Answers: Very good question. It has adversely affected the quality of service provided by the airline companies. Quality of service is becoming worse day by day.
Two ways to look at it ... for one , airtravel is affordable, which encourages a larger cross section of the society to fly . This in turn increases the need base , luring more players who provide service. Simply put. more people wanting to fly , more planes are made to make this happen.
Second, with aggressive pricing hoping to cut into the market share, airline companies have resorted to cut the wrong corners...customers satisfaction ... but a trade off a few ppl are willing to make as they realize that one cant pay like a beggar and travel like a king ...
So with that said , i would say ... when we even out such factors and many more...overall its good for the aviation industry as a whole.
My director has to take another measure for travelling if low cost airline starts growing in this country. Airports are good because of they are over crowed by the cash rich rush. Low cost airlines will only increase the problems of overcrowedness.
And moreover How other millionare will spend their money?
we should hike air fares, Air transport is not for the lower class nor the medium class people.

According to my opinion now a days the airline services has increased for few years ago.This made the vital requirement of skilled technicians who are not available or may be they are not skilled up to the level of requirement.
So this may be a reason and apart from this the fare charges may be another cause.

To offer low air fare,certain sacrifices are to be done at the cost of safe fly.They are:
1.Reduction in maintenance by hiring low skilled technician
2.Quality of service will go down in flight in caring passengers
3.Heavy crowd in the air port
4.ETD is not maintained as flight full of passengers are not met for every flight.Then they club all who are waiting since morning to evening in one flight,which will fly at 22:30 in the night.Then very purpose of fly to meet urgent work is defeated.Then where is the quality and safety and all.
5.Bad quality maintenance may result in accident.Then safety is defeated.
6.Quality pilots may not available for low pay,which will result in low performance.Hence not safe to fly.
7.Poor quality of maintenance will lead to break down of engine at any time.Hence not safe to fly.
8.Delaying the flight for want of passengers will reduce confidence to a particular air line.
Hence in total air line industry and flying necessity is effected.
No flights are on time.

the real fact there is nothing like a low cost airline in the aviation industry,all the airlines are catering the needs of the people and redefining the aviation industry.Earlier Indian airlines & air india were the only airlines which has been operated in india,nowadays there are many new companies which has come to the market to serve the people who had a dream to fly once in their life time and as well as it has given many job oppurtunities for many youngsters, it has not all affected the aviation industry
for ur kind information if u need a better service just go for a higher fare not for the lower fare.
For Example...if the bus tickets & petrol prices have been raised for one or two bugs there will be a bundh or lots of people do all those nuisence activities on the road side and speak against the government ,but if the prises goes down in the airline industries due to healthy competition and the availability of the service providers in recent trends ,Its really stupidity to discuss about the development of aviation industry.
This happens in the mobile industry ,when relience came to industry all the mobile prices went down rapidly ,no one raised an issue of developing it.The reason behind is that every one need mobile so its really pleasure to have mobile to have at low cost ,but this not the same in the aviation industry ,not every one in need of aviation facility.
I personally know how many workers are there in middle east & South east asian region are really comfortable in the facility provided specially from AIR-IINDIA ,they feel lot more comfortable in seeing their family atleast once in two months.More over the flights are booked full in two weeks before the schedule date.This itself clearly shows its a health competition.
If the private sector wants to sustain in this industry let them deliver the low cost flights and the budjet flights make even more competitive.Its not the business people who travel frequently .Its the workers who left there family behind and working overseas ,so they are really in need of this facility..

On one hand, the low cost airline has become a day to day word for more and more people going by flights. This "Low cost airline" word drives the aviation industry to look after Tier two and Tier three cities there by providing service there which services account for some considerable amount and percentage of the turnover revenue.
On the other hand, the service borne by the airlines company do not mark up to the level when similar type of service is provided in foreign countries. If they account for services that are simple in a good way, the aviation industry is going to address the increase in revenues.
Though the cost is stated to be low, the passengers are being taken for a ride by denying free refreshments and selling beverages ,snacks or refreshments at prohibitive cost.Many a time confirmed ticket holders are offloaded at the last mo
ment.Flights are either cancelled or scheduled departure being delayed indefinitely without prior notice.Recently a news item showed that a physically handicapped person was refused to board a flight by a particular service.One can also come across incidences of persons with valid tickets denied entry under the pretext of not maintaining dress code.You cannot even complain about the non functioning of systems like AC or toilet flushing.

acc to me if the cost of airlines r low then its deffinately effcted the development of aviation industry.because due to the high rates of fuels..,increasing incidents of accidents people prefer to travel by airways.frm where people get safety and enjoy their travelling with low rates without any traffic jams and with luxrious atmosphere.so people avoid to go on far places by train taxis etc.if they get all facilites in low rate and offcourse in less duration.so i can say if cost of airlines are less then...it shows the positive results and give boom to the development of aviation industry...

low cost airline fares has been boon as well as some ways effected the airlines.
When the fare are lowered the middle class family get chance to travel. In an emergency these people had to travel by railways but the decrease in fare has made a tremendous effort in making such people travel through air.
to be fair enough the salary of aiviation department has gone down, to overcome the loss of airline.
According to me, some planes should have low fare and the other with higher fare.These could match the loss, with arousing the eagerness in the middle class family to travel in plane.As these part( middle class), forms a major part of our society which can't be left behind.
Those plane which has less fare should have facility decreased, not in the words of techincal language.Some of the facilities which can be seen by authority are: Food item should be given after paying for it sepreately during their journey, in case they want. Should be charged for extra and heavy goods. I know these is very harsh, but to see that indian as country develop we have take such steps.
And for all those who want to have all facility during journey should pay more in flights.

My friend checked her bank reason to find she had be debited lb80:00,she found this to be from play.com,a site she uses regularly.I believe the previous day she have ordered 1 game but yesterday she found they have dispatched lb80:00s worth of games and DVD's she didn't order.My friend emailed them and they own asked to resolve or discuss the matter over the phone...why?My friend also checked her computer and her partner laptop and only information they had made be on there minus the lb80:00's worth of games(for a consol she doesn't even own)lol.
Can she find out who's computer be used to order the stock or is this a case of someone knowing her log within details?
And surely if she didn't order them she can of late send them rear legs?
Answers: The website will have the IP address but this sounds to me close to card fraud. This happened to me just now, play.com was a purchase that be blocked by my bank but other transactions have been made.
Your friend should contact her edge immediately as near has be an unauthorised transaction on her account.
Although play.com should own the IP address and time of purchase the ISP is very unlikely to identify the purchaser lacking a court order to do so.
There doesn't come across to be any harm within phoning play.com unless you suspect them to be in on this.
