how did you send the box? if it is traceable, trace it first and find out where/when it was deliver.
We only ship via UPS. That channel they have tracking and insurance already built contained by.
We would run a trace and show them that the package be received or that it was lost by UPS. We would afterwards file a claim next to UPS if lost or tell the customer that the collection was deliver.
If you are sending via USPS with no tracking, you enjoy no proof that the package be delivered or not.
If they remunerated by credit card, credit that amount back to the card used to recompense. If paid by check, dally 10 days to be sure the check cleared and then distribute them a refund.
Personally, I'd sound out his motives. If the spelling of his name be incorrect but the address was correct, the bunch may very very well have gotten here -- the post office unanimously goes by the address, not the term.
