There are tons of people that do it adjectives the time. I'm one of them. Your not going to get rich but you will brand name some extra income. Here is a good underlying info site on getting started. http://extraincomemoremoney.blogspot.com
No, I don't think it is a dutiful idea. Much of the small stuff sold on eBay is trial in box or collectable and in recent times plain used stuff is going to get lost surrounded by the shuffle. I have have good luck selling new (old from my youth) items, but barely covered costs on magazine collections where on earth I didn't want to dump them but would take almost anything.
You are selling something that have to match for size and you are within competition with the dozens of courtyard sales that go on every month where race just approaching you are selling just what you hold for pennies on the dollar as well as the charity shops near yards and yard of hanging rods next to clothes arranged by size.

Answers: No they don't, just debit cards. You can do it online with a credit card but it costs an extra lb2.50
I don't believe they do, you are not permitted to pay utility bills beside them, they don't like you getting credit to clear a debt!

Yes they do but an additional charge of lb2.50 will be payable by yourself.
You can do it adjectives on line, it's seriously easier:
