Answers: Not in their employment contracts, but generally speaking, the kpi for a CEO will be the company's profit. If the co. is listed, the share price is another kpi. His bonus will probably be based on either the profit or share price or both.
How to acquire PF amount from a closed company?
I was be working in an company for 2 years From June 2007 our Indian Branch Office have been closed . We(25 employers) be unable to annul our P.F amount.Kindly let us know the right course for getting our P.F amount
Answers: go to pf bureau which your company contribute and meet the accounts officer beside your pf numbers, and one form is available for company closed claims, apply and y will get put money on the pf amount. best of luck

Collect the form from PF office free of cost or download from pattern .www.epfindia.nic.in
Fill it and grasp it verified from your bank instead from the closed company and later sumbit it to the fund office.
