Everyday I hear adds on the radio or tv for me to call for and make greatly of cash spur-of-the-moment. I know they are scams and would never, ever establish them. I am just wondering if anybody know what they are all going on for and how they work? i saw stuff on ebay of my favourite band picture on a dollar bill.
i'm thinking people purely scan a regular dollar bill on their computer and then photoshop their/other peoples photos on it.
& i'm discussion real photoshop. not the knock sour ones that i use, haha.
