Toys R Us complaint UK with the sole purpose please?
Back in Novemeber 2007 I have cause to complain to Toys R Us almost the very poor customer service I received. In a roundabout style I managed to track down the contact information for the major man at UK Toys R Us and wrote a letter of complaint. After a further two parcels of complaint I have recieved no correspondence from him.Has anyone else have any problems with the service that Toys R Us provide.
Answers: I can voice that their customer care is particularly poor especially when wanting to return a product for refund it seem in some cases they "don't" want to know.
If you are buying an expensive item approaching a computer or camera say and the product is unsound i bet you would have a hell of a team game getting your problem sorted to your satisfaction!
And when you ask a partaker of staff on the shop floor where a product is they look at you gormless, (why you asking me i don't know).
The point i am making is i also perceive for a big company they are not customer friendly!
This may sound approaching over kill but dispense it a bash. Send a new memorandum and a copy of your two previous ones by registered mail, so someone in that has to sign for them. Tell top guy UK that if you do not go and get a response within five days, not lone to your original complaint but also to why he have ignored you, that you will walk not only to person in charge office within the USA but also will send your packages to the local paper and local radio station reach a deal show. Make sure it is written to this man personally, they don't similar to to be bothered with this stuff but what is defining now is that you don't agree to go, so become a affliction in the a*rse until you bring back the response that you feel justify what they have done.
