In appendage to what they said, I would remind you of the need for prefect (or close by prefect) to have a truely free or clear market.
From the sources below:
In free open market there must be competition, where on earth no one have the power to influence or set price, the market (everyone, producers and consumers together) determines the price of a product, and the price determines what is produced, and who can afford to consume it

To own perfect competition, you much hold a market structure surrounded by which the following five criteria.
1. All firms sell an transposable product.
2. All firms are price-takers.
3. All firms have a relatively small souk share.
4. Buyers know the nature of the product self sold and the prices charged by each firm.
5. The industry is characterized by freedom of entry and exit.
Why does paypal force an e-check even if you hold adequate contained by paypal go together?
I don't get it. I just now bought an item for $10 with a harmonize of... a lot more than $10 surrounded by paypal, but paypal forced an e-check. This is the SECOND time this has happen and the SECOND time it's happend after customer service hours. To make things worse, I've sold two things on ebay 2 hours after my e-check be forcibly drawn ('cause I needed the item) so very soon there is even MORE money surrounded by the paypal account and paypal still requests to make me do an e-check... WTF is wrong next to paypal?Answers: no answer here, sorry, but it pisses me off too.
It's immensely strange and rare that PayPal is forcing you to foot with an e-check, it doesn't trade name any sense because when you are doing the checkout it clearly says which funding alternative you want of obviously if you own enough paypal symmetry money for the purchase it shows up to pay next to it.
Maybe that your browser is a bit old? Install a clean one and see what comes up. Try to contact customer service and explain them the situation, it's really weird, this shouldn't be going on, you are probably falling on a phishing site? Be aware.
