Give a example of a business transaction decrease an asset & decrease a liability.?
Answers: Sell an asset, such as a piece of real estate or a piece of equipment on which there is a debt (liability), and you pay off the debt when you sell it. Therefore, there is a decrease in assets and a decrease in liabilities.
Steve's answer accomplishes the goal in two transactions. First you sell the asset and receive cash. That increases assets (cash) and decreases assets (equipment). Then you use the cash to pay the outstanding debt. That decreases liabilities (debt) and decreases assets (cash). The result of those two transactions is a decrease in assets and in liabilities because the equipmennt is gone (assets) and the debt is gone (liabilities) while the cash is not relevant because it came in and went out in the two transactions.
An example of a single transaction would be a sale of a business. Gigantor Inc. sells it's tennis racket product line to Newstart Company by selling all of the assets pertaining to the product line and transferring all of the liabilities pertaining to the product line by means of a single contract. Under that contract, Newstart Company pays for the product line with the common stock of Newstart, Company. The result to Gigantor is a decrease of assets (inventory and equipment) and a decrease in liabilities (debts pertaining to the product line).
Isn't this fun?

How much is 5 fcls? or what is fcls?
Answers: You did not specify the context in which the abbreviation fcls appears. If you are talking about bricks, FCLS stands for "container loads" (I don't know what the F stands for). But according to one document (click on link #1, below) a "container load" represents approximately 6,000 bricks.
FCLS is also used to measure construction material other than bricks. (See link #2, below.)
