Recourse for expensive EBAY purchase tatty contained by shipping?
My husband purchased a $2200 used computer on ebay to edit video next to. It was as described, except beside severe damage to the frame (it's a g5 mac tower). We assume this wreck was cause in shipping because it be essentially packaged within a box made from two smaller boxes duct taped together and ZERO insulation on top and bottom. The computer is working fine, but we are not sure if the damage will penny-pinching the AppleCare on it is invalid. The item has insurance on it and be shipped USPS. What action should we filch?Answers: The burden of guilt is the sender not the postal.
The seller bungled to secure the carton by going cheap on the box and using duct tape which can break authentic easy.
Ask the hawker for refund if he refuse then file a complaint via PayPal.
The seller might blame the shipping service but the existing blame is whoever securing the package.
The SELLER is responsible for getting the item to you surrounded by the condition described.so, you need to first speak to them give or take a few a refund for the wounded.in instruct to get a compensation you will have to return it to the purveyor at your expense. You can file a SNAD (significantly not as described) claim against them...
What is the amount of us dollars if the price is 680 y which i focus is yen?
please give the exact amount and i dont involve any smart answers or i wouldnt be asking thank uAnswers: if it is yen then it is denoted as so beside a Y at the beginning near two horizontal lines drawn through the stem of the Y. maybe whoever tabled the price did not put the right symbol.
if it is in reality yen, the conversion rate changes frequently (as next to any other currency). if it is yen then the exact amount within american dollars is $6.35. the exchange rate as of january 17 was .0093 american dollars to 107.08 japanese yen.
Check www.exchangerate.com for current rate. I guess as of 01/29/08, the exchange rate is about 109 yen to a dollar. So 680 yen is about $6.25USD. Hope this relief!
What do you regard something like my brother-in-law situation?
My sister married this guy and they had a son. They granted to move several states away to be closer to my parents. They supposedly were going to stay next to my parents temporarily. Well, temporarily has turned into more or less 2yrs and during this time he impregnated my sister and she have another kid. When I go to pop in the house is trashed. My brother-in-law likes the situation, conspicuously, because it is free rent even though he works, free child care from my mom and other benefits. Meanwhile he have turned his back on his dad and be offended when his dad of moderate funds asked if he could borrow his car when they come up for a visit. He like my parents because they are pretty well sour, he borrows my dad's Lexus and goes to my parent's sand house for free. I was cool near it for the first year but more and more it is really getting on my nerves.Answers: He needs to grow up and start taking caution of his own family instead of depending on your mom and dad. I conjecture you need to speech to your parents and hint that they obligation to get out and obtain their own place. Unless your parents are disabled and have a sturdy time doing things and need someone here to help them, consequently it would be fine. He is just using your kinfolk. He needs to grow up and be a man and not some bum that rides rotten his wife's parents. Stop letting him freeloading off your familial. Show some dignity and tell him to grow up and provide for his own inherited! Your their blood son, tell your parents on how you grain and your side. It's really sad that he works, when everything is essentially provided for him for free. What does he do with the money he works for? Buy himself things?? He should be good for a house and for his children' future.
I give attention to you should speak up!!
Let me know how it goes!
GOOD LUCK!!
...:mooshie:...
Ah, Wow. How prehistoric are you? Brother-in Law needs to be thrown out of the house, similar to YESTERDAY and killed by your Dad.
Okay, we know that is to say not going to happen anytime soon, right? Ten Commandments and adjectives...
Get some sheets. Wait til he is sleeping. Have your Dad (or a good friend) relieve you. Don't let him cry. Tie him up real angelic in the sheets (twist) and afterwards roll him off the nearest enbankment, at one and the same time saying ..."don't come support here soon, Buddy, or you'll get worse"!
LOL!
Hope I help.
