(distance, counterweight and time) you could make a spreadsheet yourself
If you dont perceive like doing that you get a table of basics
for example 100 to 200 miles of no touch freight weigh less than x tons is a flat rate of 10 bucks a mile
same distance but over x tons is 20 cents a mile providing that the freight can fit within one truck etc...
You will also have to mark out freight since transporting a BOAT will be much more difficult than transporting boxes of tide even in the immensity is the same

You'd be better sour signing up for Paypal. By paying with MO's, you hold ZERO buyer protection.
You are going to need a paypal story. It is also a LOT safer than money orders, so I importantly recommend PayPal. It's actually really smooth to set up. Here's a rough tutorial for you.
1) Go to www.paypal.com and create a login and password.
2) Then click the add article bar within the top bar menu.
3) Click make a payment bank/credit depending on whether you want to pay beside a credit card or just distribute your money via the bank.
4) Add the sketch numbers it asks for.
5) There is a confirmation period where on earth paypal checks to make sure in that isn't any fraud going on.
