On the basic package in bt vision do you get uk gold?
Answers: NO. You get the basic free view channels regardless of what package you go for. The packages you pay for are streamed down the Internet as individual episodes, documentaries, films, etc. I have BT vision & subscibe to nothing. I get the use of a 200GB approx hard drive to pause live tv & record. If I want to watch any films sport series I pay as I go. Its not bad. Its does not have the content that Sky has but at the same time I am not paying for content I am not watching.
For the last two months I have not paid anything.

Answers: Since we are all dealing with human being,we need to ensure excellent service quality at all times.This definitely helps the sector concerned.
It depends which point of view you're looking at. There are primarily 2 - the company and the customer.
The company:
To get customers a company must employ certain strategies to get people interested in their products/company and to do this it requires customer service on many levels. For example, a major organisation/company like Tesco's needs management level, despatch centres, online staff, core staff working on the shop floor - I could go on but you get the idea hopefully :-) Once a company has customers they need to try and keep them and to do this they require customer service. Think about a time you've gone into a shop, bought something, weren't happy and then took it back - the person you spoke to was an aspect of "customer service" and dealt with your issue.
The customer:
These days there is so much on offer, and we often use different services with guidance and/or help from staff that are aware and knowledgeable. One example I could use is therapy - e.g. holistic therapy (aromatherapy, massage, etc..) - many people are interested in this area and need someone that is knowledge and educated on the subject, so customer service is VITAL for this area to really expand and get 'customers' as they are passing on their knowledge to people that might not necessarily know that much about it.
