The external debt helps to create internal job and incomes. If individuals were to reward off the external debt, the average living standards of India's population would reduction; an important ambition of the government is to dwindle poverty and increase living standards of the Indian population, not to reduce it.
In any relatively poor country (like India) external debt permit the construction of factories, roads, dam, airports, etc., etc., that make the country more productive. Why would you want to stop that process?

im from strange orleans but dont live there anymore. i love pralines, but i cant return with authentic ones from nc, so i pay $30 to carry an ebay seller to own them shipped to me from new orleans every cpl of months. its worth it. my together family enjoy them.
so if you have something that you know ppl would love to hold from GA, but they cant get it anywhere else, budge for it. when ppl really want something. but cant find it anywhere else, they are willing to pay packet.
