If I want to buy a business, Should I hire real estate agent to represent me? What is the smartest way?
Answers: You don't say what kind of business you want to buy.
But I would certainly NOT hire a real estate agent to represent me in buying a business. Real estate agents know how to buy and sell real estate but usually have no special expertise in buying a business.
I would try to find a lawyer who knows something about the kind of business you are trying to buy. In addition, unless you are an expert in the kind of market this business operates in, I would also find an expert who would know how to determine what the particular business is worth.
How do I walk roughly speaking contained by paying my cell phone bill for AT&T?
I have an extremely high-ranking bill of about 1200, because I, for some cause assumed recieving international calls wouldn't be extra. I found out the tricky way that it is. Typically my bill would be due the 15th of February and I am pretty much broke right immediately, but I have hear of making an agreement to pay for a time a time. I'm starting my job subsequent weekend, so I will have some money to pass, but I know not all 1200. What should I do? Would they possibly be indecisive my bill and lower my amount due or are they pretty stingy about that? I newly don't know what to do.. and the last item I want is collection agents bugging me to pay them. How long do I enjoy until they would start doing that anyways? Please help.
Answers: drop your att story. They will send you packages for about a year, but never do anything to collect.
Pay what you are competent to now. You will probably be billed for the remaining stability the next month.
Ups driver cross-examine?
im aware of how they are hired, almost exclusively from within the company, enjoy to start out at the bottom. but my question is, what exactly is the totem pole of positions? influence i start as a part time pack handler with the purpose of becoming a driver. if driver positions open up, would i know how to be promoted from package handling, or would here be other positions that i would go to after box handling that are before driving? gratitudeAnswers: Yes you can go straight from pack handler to driver, granted you have the senority. Thats what I did took in the order of 4.5 years. Other choices would be part-time supervisor, but they take home the same as grouping package handler. They have smaller number job deposit, have to repay for benefits and if you ever wanted to become a driver, a supervisor have to get the "outside" hire bid as they are not within the union. They enjoy combo jobs which can be stuff approaching customer counter, then drive to the airport. Or nouns trucks then verbs the building.
But yes driver positions are careers and apposite ones at that. I went to college, but stayed on at UPS because the assignment security and wage were WAY better. The top wage for driving right very soon is $28.28 an hour with anything after 8 hours a sunshine being OT at $42.42. Pretty damn angelic for a "package transport boy" and this is just after 2.5 year wage progression! Oh, yeah, full benefits that I don't discharge for, 100% prescription coverage, over the next 5 years of the contract almost a dollar bump up each year, and a allowance. I love my job, and I'm sure nearby are few people who can do it, I've see alot of people not cause it past the qualification term. Only other jobs that might be better would be the feeder or semi positions as they are more laid support and slower-paced, but come with alot of responsibility. Or Mechanics, they form a little more than abdication drivers. Full-time management make what I make once a year, but takes them longer than 2.5 years to achieve there. F/T control can also be relocated or fired at any time for no reason, and the stress and pressure is alot high than mine. So pick your career bridle path but I'm happy where on earth I'm at thats for sure.
I have some question for YOU. Maybe these will help you on your approach to becoming an excellent UPS employee!
Is one a UPS driver a career? Or is it something to do when you don't know what else to do beside your life? Do family get rewarded well to work for UPS? And I would bet that man a "package nativity boy" isn't the greatest job offered by UPS. Or at tiniest I hope not!
