USPS lost communication?
I sell stuff on eBay and over the ultimate month, 2 of my packages are "missing". It's been 2-3 weeks and the 2 buyers said they haven't received the items. They salaried via PayPal and have file disputes. The items were lower than $20 and I didn't feel the want to get any giving of confirmation (mistake on my part), but I do have the receiving for both of them. Depending on what class of mail you used, your items may not really be lost all the same. However, you may use the link above to formulate a report of mail loss/theft near the US Postal Inspection Service.
Having a receipt, or even a sworn, notarized statement from the Pope will not minister to with a Paypal dispute. Paypal requires that you show an online viewable proof of distribution.
As was mentioned, near are some very dishonest buyers out in attendance that will make a report for nonreceipt of items that they bought, and rewarded with Paypal when they see that in that is no delivery confirmation type of service used. They will do this because they know that they can win their money rear because the seller can't show any type of confinement.
The Mail Loss/Theft form will be forwarded to the Mail Recovery Centers, in suitcase something happened to your packages that cause them tobe undeliverable.
Also be sure to inform the buyers that you are doing this,, before you truly make the report. Be sure to make clear to them that the US Postal Inspection Service may be in touch near them about the robbery of the package. On affair, informing the buyer of this possibility is enough to cause a package suddenly appear.
I own heard of copious cases on the Ebay Discussion Boards where it have happened that the buyer replies that their spouse, or child get the package and "forgot" to mention that something have arrived.
It may work that way, or your packages may really be lost of fundamentally delayed, in which travel case, a good Ebay trader would make the buyer undamaged and refund anyway.

No. They cannot trace anything without Delivery Confirmation.when selling on ebay, never EVER convey anything without Delivery Confirmation. It's solitary .18 for Media, First Class and Parcel when you print your own labels and free for Priority Mail. And they know if they wallet a Paypal claim, if you don't have online proof of confinement they will automatically win. Not to say your buyers be dishonest, but you never know.
