money went a lot further.. even as a kid in the early 80's.. a bus fare was 10p.. a can of drink was about hhmm 15-20p
It will be worth £17.07.
I have the official table.
I was working as an apprentice in 1960, earning £5 for a 46 hour week. My mate "Pidgeon" was boasting because he got £20/week doing labouring work. My semi-det. house cost £3,750 in 1971.
When interviewing, do you look at the other ancestors currently working at that company to see if they're lively?
When going on an interview, do you look around you at all the workers to see if they are happy or stressed? Could this be an indication of how ably or how bad the company treats its' workers? The best companies I've worked for other had ethnic group smiling, talking, and be very friendly.
Answers: It's a moral indication, especially if it doesn't appear that they are faking. Most companies promote some quality of 'culture' which is a forced ideal, but you can pretty much relay if the people are really bright and breezy about working here by watching them.

You seize about 1 survey every 4 days customarily bout lb1.50 reward, the more you fill contained by the more they send you. When your description reaches lb5 or lb10 you can dispatch off for your voucher. I've received several already. It rocks! =]
