Can I find out if my employer have file ruin?
payckecks are being returned. own heard that my employer have filed for liquidation. can I find out if this is fact?Answers: You can walk to the Federal Bankruptcy Court that controls the area the company is within and find this out.
Or, go to the library and see if they obtain any local business or law journals/newspapers, both enumerate bankruptcy filings.
But instead of wasting money and time trying to find out, ask your boss and start looking for a trial job.
Good luck to you
Yes, you can find out by first getting a pacer side at pacer.uscourts.gov. Then you should be able to find the US Courts case/party index from near and do a search of adjectives bankruptcy courts (unless you enjoy some idea of where on earth your company is based after you can go to that court's site instead) and go through the name of the company.

*is there a weekly that I will be signing that indicates what my task is during 12 months??
*if I wont hold all the deduction that regular employees enjoy, like form, insurance, CPP, income tax...consequently how do I file my income? do I payment a huge amount when I file the income since it wont be deduct on my pay check?
etc
please agree to me know!!
thanks
Answers: The specifics of how your contract is set up really depends. Some companies will show you as an member of staff, but your term of service is set to call a halt in 12 months. Others will show you as an outside contractor.
Honestly, mortal designated as an outside contractor may be more beneficial to you. For instance, your travel expenses to and from work will be tax deductible (gas, parking, upkeep on your car). If you discuss work during lunch, your meal will be rates deductible. You can even write off your clothes, etc. A drawback to this would be a need of benefits, but the NASE (national association of the self-employed) has group rates.
