Is my employer lawfully obligated to supply me near paycheck statements?

It's a long story, but basically, I haven't received a statement near my paycheck in over two months, and I requirement one for my records. Is my company lawfully obligated to supply me with one? Every time I ask the president, he say, "Yeah, you'll have it tomorrow" and I never receive it. I'm getting really frustrated.

EMS shipment tracking from China to US?

I am having a bundle shipped to me from China using EMS. I have the tracking number and it say that the item status is "Foreign Acceptance". It has be about 3 days since I be told the item was shipped. Does foreign implementation mean it is still surrounded by China, or has it reach the US and how long from this point should it be until I receive my package?
