I manage A/R for a telemarketing company. i want to pay envelope my collectors, based on what they collect..not earnings. i don't feel simply a percentage is accurate adequate.Answers: You could also factor in the difficulty of making the collection. Older accounts are harder to collect on, so you should proposal a better percentage for old sketch collections.
