Why don't employer hire replacement workers whenever in attendance is a strike?

Is there usually some residence of their contract with the regular workers that prohibits them from doing this? Are in that legal considerations that brand name it hard for them to do this? Is nearby a difference between government workers and non-government employees within terms of rights and privileges? Don't get hold of me wrong; I'm not saying that I support this course of movement whenever there is a strike. It's merely that, from the employer's standpoint, it seems similar to the most straightforward way of dealing near the problem.

Answers: some of them do. but the union sets up picket lines at the companies buildings where on earth ever they are. the new hires are call " scabs " and they have to cross the picke string and sometimes it gets a touch harry. usually when a contract is signed the scabs are let turn and union culture come back. occasionally some scabs capture to stay but there is other tension between them and sometimes intimidation. also other union member who might deliver goods to the striking company wont cross the picket stripe so goods arent deliver.
Most jurisdictions, trademark replacement workers illegal.

One defence is, it can be physically dangerous to cross the picket row. The useless union workers resort to violent behaviour to protect their strike. People have even be killed trying to cross a picket vein.

Comes stern works for about an hour consequently takes past its sell-by date for lunch for a couple hours. Then comes back and possibly works a couple hours then punches out.

The Union defend this kinda crap. So, basically he may work nearly 3 hours a day, but gets salaried for 8 hours.

It's no wonder this country is outsourcing it's jobs to draw from cheaper labor. Because the Unions can't do crap if a company just folds up and leaves because it can no longer be profitable do to a Union/
1 Employers know that strike is endorsed tool used by workers to press home their demand as ultimate option. replacing them is against the law and criminal
