I picked C, and I know that D is wrong, is this correct?
Answers: I object to the vocabulary "declining" or "increasing" in this context; "improving" or "degrading" would be more appropriate. In this skin, "degrading" fits; the inventory has increased faster than the sale. (Assuming that COGS relates linearly to Sales -- which it may not.)
