Any one had problems being paid with bad checks? If so what did you do to collect?
Answers: I worked as a private Drywall contractor a few years back and the guy who hired me got paid and spent the money for the house my partner and I hung. He made promise after promise to pay us but always had an excuse or dodged us. I caught him cruising up one of the main avenues on his shiny newer Harley one day while out driving around with my Wife. Needless to say , he never spotted me until I had driven over the median and was along side him , motioning him over. He had no choice really. I got out of my car, hit him as hard as I could hit a man in the teeth and started his Harley and drove it to my house. I held it until he paid us. It took him only a few hours. He didn't report me because the loser also sold cocaine and the last thing he wanted was to draw police business his way.
